* All sales on personal hygiene products are final. 

*  These products can't be returned or refunded

* The only exceptions that qualify for a refund are instances in which  the product is lost or damaged during shipping.

  • If your product fails to arrive or arrives damaged,  please contact us immediately by email.   For damage items,  upload clear photos to assist both you and the seller in filing the necessary  shipping claims for a resolution. 
  •  You may request a refund or replacement order if you meet the exceptions outlined above
